1. What is Mavren?
Mavren is a multi-vendor ecommerce platform based in Zimbabwe. We provide a marketplace where local and international vendors can sell their products to customers across the country. From fashion and electronics to home goods and groceries, you can find a wide range of products on our platform.
2. How do I create an account?
To create an account, follow these steps:
- Click on the “Sign Up” button at the top of our homepage.
- Fill in your details, including your email address and a password.
- Follow the instructions sent to your email to verify your account.
- Once verified, you’re ready to start shopping or selling!
3. How do I place an order?
- Browse through our categories or use the search bar to find the products you want.
- Once you’ve selected a product, click “Add to Cart.”
- When you’re ready to checkout, click the cart icon and proceed with the payment process.
- Enter your shipping details and choose your preferred payment method.
- Review your order and click “Place Order.”
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
- Mobile money (e.g., EcoCash)
- Bank transfers
- Other local payment methods as listed during checkout
5. How does shipping work?
Vendors handle the shipping of their own products. Shipping costs, delivery methods, and times vary by vendor and will be displayed at checkout. After placing an order, you will receive tracking information if the vendor offers it.
6. Can I return a product?
Each vendor on Mavren has their own return policy, which can be found on the product page. If you’re unsatisfied with a purchase or the product is defective, contact the vendor directly to request a return or refund. Be sure to review the vendor’s return policy before making a purchase.
7. What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time:
- Check your order’s tracking information if available.
- Contact the vendor directly through the Mavren platform to inquire about the status.

8. How can I sell on Mavren?
To become a vendor on Mavren:
- Sign up for a vendor account on our platform.
- Complete the vendor registration form, providing details about your business and products.
- Once approved, you can set up your storefront, list your products, and start selling!

9. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details if the vendor provides tracking services. You can also log into your Mavren account, go to “My Orders,” and view your order status.
10. How do I contact a vendor?
To contact a vendor, visit the product page and use the “Contact Vendor” option. You can send a message directly to the vendor for inquiries about products, shipping, or other concerns.
11. What happens if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you should immediately contact the vendor through the Mavren platform. Provide photos of the damage and follow the vendor’s instructions for returns or refunds.
12. Are the prices on Mavren negotiable?
The prices listed by vendors are generally final; however, some vendors may offer discounts or promotions. Check the product page or contact the vendor directly for any potential deals.
13. What should I do if I forget my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password:
- Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
- Enter your email address, and we’ll send you instructions to reset your password.
14. Is shopping on Mavren safe?
Yes, Mavren takes the security of our users seriously. We use secure payment processors and encryption to protect your personal and payment information.
15. Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, cancellations depend on the vendor’s policies. You can contact the vendor to request a cancellation, but keep in mind that not all vendors may offer this option if the order has already been processed or shipped.
16. How do I leave a review for a product?
After receiving your order, you can leave a review by:
- Logging into your Mavren account.
- Going to “My Orders” and selecting the product you purchased.
- Clicking “Leave a Review” and providing feedback on the product and vendor.
17. How do I report an issue with a vendor or product?
If you encounter an issue with a vendor or product that cannot be resolved directly, you can report the problem to Mavren at [support@mavren.co.zw]. We will review your complaint and assist in resolving the matter.
