4. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for:
- Carefully reviewing product descriptions, pricing, and Vendor return policies before making a purchase.
- Ensuring that all information provided during the checkout process (such as shipping address and payment information) is accurate and up to date.
- Complying with any Vendor-specific terms and conditions, which may vary from product to product.
- Communicating directly with Vendors for inquiries related to product specifications, shipping, and returns.
5. Purchases and Payment
When you place an order through the Mavren platform:
- You agree to pay the total price of the order, including any applicable taxes, shipping fees, and handling charges as indicated during checkout.
- Mavren partners with secure third-party payment processors. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of service of our payment partners.
- Payment must be made in the currencies indicated on the Site. Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, mobile money (e.g., EcoCash), or bank transfers.
- Mavren reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if there are inaccuracies in product pricing or availability.

Vendors are responsible for shipping products to customers in accordance with their specific shipping policies:
- Delivery times and shipping costs are set by the Vendor and may vary based on location.

- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Each Vendor on Mavren sets their own return, refund, and exchange policies, which are displayed on the product page. Customers must review these policies before making a purchase. General terms include:
- Returns or exchanges must typically be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods or personalized items, may not be eligible for return.

Vendor logos, trademarks, and product images remain the intellectual property of the respective Vendors.
